Yup, that is what Jingle Buddy made last night and brought the kids.
Delayna was very excited, they very rarely get donuts let alone reindeer ones!

Jingle Buddy, day 3
He was playing in the Jungle this morning. Seems as though he likes Grammy's plant. He was found just hanging out watching everyone.

Jingle Buddy, day 3
This morning Delayna woke up looking all over for JB. She finally found him in the kitchen by the coffee pot, in a cup, eating marshmallows and full of sugar.
Honestly, we weren't sure what he was doing. So after a phone call to our Papa, he answered our question. Looks as though JB thought he would help Papa make this coffee this morning and got caught off guard by Papa getting up so early. Papa thanked him for trying to help and released him of his duties. JB just stuck around watching Papa and eating marshmallows.

Jingle Buddy, day 2
Well JB thought it would be funny to draw on our family photos. Not sure where he got his pranks from but I sure hope he straightens up! He is making enough trouble for all four kids. They all think it's hilarious, so I guess it's ok...as long as I don't have a huge mess to clean up!

Pool Party @ Amber's House
So anyway, today was the first pool party I've ever been to. Amber had an end of school year party. It was so much fun to get away from my house & relax, well maybe not relax, but hang out at the pool with the kiddos. She bbq'd and had chips, dip & fruit. It was so much fun & nice!
Amber has been such a blessing in my life! We are kindred spirits & have so much in common.
Anywhoot, I'll leave ya with some fun pics from the day.

30 days of Thankfulness ~Day 22
Okay, so today I'm thankful for transportation (specifically my expedition) and once again my husband, kids, niece and nephew. That should cover for the 4 days I was away =)
My Honey got home early today. When he got here, he helped me clean the kitchen, went up and cleaned our bedroom and then we all went off on our adventures.
Jose and I took Anthony, Adriana, Sarah, Devin, Dominic & Delayna out to Target, Sports Chalet, Sports Authority, Sam's Club and Burlington.
I do have to admit, we do have the funnest time together! I'm so thankful I have my expedition to tote all of us around in too!
so that's it for now...

Beach Trip 7.12.10
After being busy as ever these past few months, Jose had the day off and we decided to get the flock out of here! We took off and went to the beach. We found a perfect parking spot, not too far from the shore. It was empty where we went & enjoyed the day away from home, life, etc... (I even left my cell in the truck, so I wouldn't be tempted to text or facebook!) I really enjoyed myself and came home just in a different mood. Anyhoot, here's some pics (of course!)

Friday Fill Ins
I found something fun for my blog, now I just gotta sneak time to do it =D
1. One week ago I was really in the dumps & moody. Dealing with a VERY sick baby.
2. I went through a lot when I was young.
3. Mama told me to always trust in the Lord.
4. We make one heck of a life you and me.
5. Take your time to enjoy life & all you have been blessed with.
6. This too will pass!
7. And as for the weekend, tonight I'm looking forward to just relaxing & catching up on doing nothing, tomorrow my plans include photos for ref's at 7:15am (shhh, I'm not going!) AYSO board at 7:30am, all three kids throughout the day and soccer games. Possibly having dinner with my brother & sister in law and Sunday, I want to do nothing, but that's not in the plans!

Oh Me, Oh My!
We went school shopping today.
8 hours, 10+ stores, lots of money, just a few outfits later & we are still not done!
Jose, the kids & I are absolutely wiped out from the extremely long day, but we did get some good deals & learned more about our children's taste.
Anthony is totally into this whole skull thing. He even tried to buy a t-shirt with naked women on it...I THINK NOT!
Adriana is all into this whole 80's fashion with brite colors & peace signs...Ugh once again...I THINK NOT!
So we settled & agreed on some nice clothes for Ant.
I convinced Adriana to look at some other shirts in a totally different style that she liked. Definitely girlie and I LOVE that!
I still have to go get Adriana some pants/capris/skirts, basically whatever I can find. Some more shoes, because a girl can NEVER have enough & accessories...Yes, We are accessorizing!!!! I actually think I have some accessories in my caboodles that she can have, but we will see.
Ant still needs some shoes, but we pretty much finished him off today.
Dominic is done also. I would like to find him some sandles he can wear to school, but it's not a necessity.
I finally went to a store I've been told about 1,000 times called C2:8. It was an awesome store, but quite expensive! Then 'Eric' striked up a conversation with me & I started sharing Robin's story to him. In the middle of the store, he asked me to pray with him. Wow, I was shocked, but blessed!
Oh, Ant just informed me he needs undershirts, boxers & socks and Little needs bras...guess I'm not done.
Well for now, it will do.

Heat+Sun+Dominic+Mama+Water Balloons= A Fun Time & Cheap Way To Stay Cool!!!
While in Co. I realized how accustomed to t.v. Dominic is. We didn't do much t.v. watching & we decided not to take the Wii. After MUCH observation & a MAJOR gut check, I realized that I have allowed the t.v. to be Dominic's babysitter & entertainer for WAY too long!
I made a decision on the way home that it wouldn't happen any more, no matter how dirty my house was, how much laundry I have to do, etc.
So, we came back to a HOT So. Cal. and I took advantage. Dominic, Delayna & I all went out and played with water balloons & the hose. Here are some pics...

We got a Wii
So Anthony has a friend, Anthony (funny hah!) who is wanting to buy an XBox 360. Well in order to buy the XBox, he has to earn & raise money himself. So he texted Ant Sunday night telling him that he wants to sell his Wii, Wii play, 2 remotes, 3 numchucks, Spiderman & Madden '07 for a rediculously low amount of money.
I was asking him to find out what's wrong with it, if it's ok with his mom, etc. etc.
The next day when they all got home from school, Anthony texted Ant & asked if I wanted it or not. I don't know what Ant told Anthony, but he then told me that our other neighbor's relative was going to come and buy it.
I jumped on that sucker like a lion at feeding time! I called Anthony up and told him that I wanted it & that we could do it today!
So, he went up to his house and got the stuff & brought it down.
He showed us how to hook it up & play it, etc. We kept asking him, "Are you sure your mom is ok with this? She's not going to call the cops on us or anything is she?"
He kept assuring us that it was ok.
So we gave him the money. It was so rediculously low that I wanted to give him a 'tip' just to feel ok with buying it from him for so cheap, but I didn't.
Later that night, I got on line and did some research on how much all of this would have gone for. Let's just say we really got away with a steal!
Now we have to find games. My friend Karla let us borrow Wii Sports & some Mario thing. We all played a round of bowling (my favorite so far!) & even Dominic was able to play. I want Wii Fit SOOOOOOOOO bad! And to buy a few more games.
Jose & Anthony have been playing it non-stop! We haven't even watched t.v. in 2 nights...LOL
I knew if we got this, it would allow us to come together & spend time as a family. The bad thing is, Adriana is on restriction from t.v. for two weeks. Jose has fought to let her play 2 games with them, but I can't allow it to continue. This girl has GOT to learn responsibility & if I give in, then it will not be good!
Anyway, that's all for this post...
